Fix zpython distribution links #194

packages.zerovm.org doesn't exist anymore, and so it's no longer possible to get the python.tar (the zerovm of python) from there.

One can now obtain the zpython distribution from http://ci.zerovm.org/latest-packages/.

Fixes https://github.com/zerovm/zerocloud/issues/193.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this, since it's a trivial change.
