Test cleanup #25

This change includes the following fixes/tweaks to the test environment config:

revise test coverage configuration
add .coveragerc to ignore code coverage for zvshlib/tests/
fix duplicate test collection

The packaging step is failing because of the addition of the .coveragerc file, which results in this error:

dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
 zerovm-cli/.coveragerc
dpkg-source: error: aborting due to unexpected upstream changes, see /tmp/zerovm-cli_0.9.4-20140328164529-git6920ef4-1.diff.PQVJlz
