workaround for zerovm issue #50

In case if using --zvm-image option for both modes wo, ro for one zvsh session then we are facing with undefined zerovm behavior: https://github.com/zerovm/zerovm/issues/273

Idea for workaround it's may be better to create manifest file with only one channel instead of two channels mapped into single file.
