Highlight focused window

Request:

• I set up highlighting of the focused window by changing its border properties similarly as described on the Krohnkite GitHub page. In order to do this, one has to modify various settings and even KDE config files directly. Moreover, the effect of these settings is hard to understand without fully understanding how KWin works. After an evening or two I managed to set it up as I like, but it was a frustrating experience, and I already forgot how I did it (I remember that at some point the borders were not visible even though I followed every step in the Krohnkite manual, that at some point the switching of focus between windows caused other windows to jump a bit, and that at some point I had to find out that for some KDE themes, including Breeze, the custom color configuration gets overwritten by a default one at a different place)

Solution:

• Automatize setting up highlight of the focused window by changing properties of its borders.

Alternative:

• Properly document how to do it for at least on KDE theme

If Khronkite already has a wiki page on this, it is difficult to understand for inexperenced users, a solution with border highlighting already exists when using a custom theme (a seemingly simpler solution), and the experience when using it is buggy, it doesn't really seem like something worth working on for me personally. PRs are open for wiki page edits if you feel this information is really necessary.

Kwin Oxygen theme applies a glow to active windows. It seems the most officially supported way to achieve what you want. Color and extension of the glow is configurable on the theme options.
