Add Owner_Draw to Status_Kind_Type to allow Status_Bar_Type Items to be owner drawn (with the Text() procedure.

May I suggest using the past participle form (Owner_Drawn), to better fit the other names in the enumeration?

Yes, of course. I hesitated to name it this way. I chose the Windows naming way which, for sure, is not the best one.
