Remove MDI Client window scroll bars. #30

When MDI child windows are not zoomed, the MDI client window might show scroll bars. One can't control their color. This PR remove the scroll bars which are not really useful.

My only concern would be that a sub-window might become completely invisible when the main window is resized. But obviously this point did not disturb MS Excel 2002's programmers who also hid the scroll bars (picture below).
