AI commander purchases very few upgrades then stops #313

The screenshots below are of the upgrade screen taken around 10 hours into the Stratis scenario (latest stable pbo).

The AI commander has been in charge the entire time (I have not taken the commander role at any time)

Funds are not the issue, as the starting funds parameter was maxed out and we currently control half the island, so the commander has plenty of cash.

The commander simply does not purchase any upgrades beyond those shown, which limits gameplay if I'm playing on my own server and do not wish to be the commander.

What is your "last strable" version? i think this bug fixed since 2018 - issue 217 https://github.com/zerty/Benny-Edition-CTI-0.97-Zerty-Modification/issues/217

its in 1.3.4.3... we use 1.3.5.3 on server atm. known issue: ai stop working when you load saved game

ah sry i see bug need to fix issue #301 first

Thanks for spotting the bug @HTomJMW .

When I say "latest stable" I mean the Altis/Stratis PBO's from here: https://github.com/HTomJMW/up

The discord has that as the link for the pbo files - so I guess that is where you intend users to download the pbo from?
