CONFOGL Not Working #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Confogl 2.2.1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Confogl 2.2.1 On windows

Please provide any additional information below.

Confogl runs the ready up but does not completely load the CONFOGL configs. 
There are still health packs and no tanks on every map. Confogl is not running. 
I have tried everything.

We put the final package for 2.2.1 out earlier, try installing that and report 
here if it fixes the issue.

Either other factors on your server are affecting this, or you haven't "tried 
everything."

No steps to reproduce are given. Marking as invalid.
