[Suggestion] Language Support #41

I was wondering, is there a replacement for the plugin "LanguageUtils" for 1.17, since it only support up to 1.12.2, or would there be another way to change the language of the mob display name in the actionbar?

Oh, I actually never saw that, I was looking for Chinese, but apparently it is not translated yet....

There's "Simplified Chinese": https://github.com/zeshan321/ActionHealth/blob/master/translations/SimplifiedChinese.yml

If you'd like you can always contribute to the community translations and add the whatever you like while you wait for a new language plugin support.
