Updates the profile page URL in pings #429

As the profile page URL will change starting with zds-site v30.1, this commit updates the ping links to match the new link.

There is no rush merging this as the old addresses will redirect, but it would be nice to have it for zds-site v30.1 (so, zmd 10.1, I guess).

QA: checks are enough, I guess. Else, one can try to render a ping and check the URL (@ping should render as something like <a href="/@ping">@ping</a>).
