missing plugins in zmarkdown dependencies #481

Hello,

WIth 11.2.0 we depend on the guillemets plugin in the code but it is not in the package.json. As a result it can't be installed with npm install.

Thanks for the issue, I have also seen the message from Situphen. Issuing a new version right now, sorry for the mistake.
