The Created Tag will not get deleted after using "Remove Tags" in Brows window #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Assign new tag to one card 
2. change the tag to something else in the Brows window
3. try to delete the last tag

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the Tag should be dispaear from the left side pannel , but is still there

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.32 , Windows 

Please provide any additional information below.
is it really bug or I get it wrong ?
