Remove "filesystem" category from `Cargo.toml` #101

I saw ariadne as the top ~~18th crate at lib.rs.

Although it might read from a file, I don't consider ariadne to fit in the "Filesystem" category.

This seems reasonable to me, I'm not sure why that category was added to begin with.
