Added dynamic mist and clouds with weather, with UI settings to switch on and off. To be honest not sure I understand how the existing mist works in combination with mw fog settings, so this may not be a good solution, but the cloud settings work great for me and the transitions are really nice. Also fixed bug in weather/sky tone as it was using omw.weatherID instead of "weather" parameter for the lookup, and the settings seemed offset by one? Added a tone for thunder and shifted rest up by one.
