Content: nav not sorted alpha desc #178

Describe the bug Content nav and potentialy others are not being sorted alphabetical decending.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior Content nav items should be displayed in alphabetical decending. This sorting needs to happen when the nav tree is constructed in the UI.
