Media: Folder Almost Timing Out #2229

Blue Pixel has reported:

The ordering of the Media Drive makes it challenging to find folders and images. Under the STORIES IMAGES folder, we used to have the newest folder created appear directly under it. @zcolah this is a duplicate of #2177 and @mattezra attempted to work on this but ultimately got blocked https://github.com/zesty-io/media-manager-service/issues/106#issuecomment-1679769447 as of the moment I don't think there's a way to have the folders sorted by creation date since we also can't do the sorting client-side due to the api response not having any date data.
