Media: Preview Image Modal - Updating an Image Title takes more than 30 seconds

Describe the bug I updated of an image file in media via the Content App. However after clicking save the button remained grey and kept spinning for more than 30 seconds after which the preview modal disappeared, a loading spinner appeared for another 10 seconds, and then the preview modal appeared again. A user may not wait for 30 seconds and instead feel the experience is broken and that they cannot update the title of a file.

Please look into why it is taking so long to update a title of a file.
