Problem

  1. Duo Mode layout & Edit Content Title Bar responsive behavior has disappeared
  2. This issue is especially pronounced if you have the global navigation bar open or if your browser window is less than 1440px. It also prevents a user from clicking on the dropdown options of the publish button.

  5. Issue was reported by @gtllien to me. You can ask her for more context as well.
  6. Issue has been replicated on multiple devices in different locations.

Add logic to the min-width to only apply in focus mode
