Content: Multi Page Table Header - Title Font Size, Weight, & Padding Adjustments #2617

Problem

The current Title Font size and weight used in the Multi Page Table is inconsistent with the rest of the Zesty title bars. This gives our platform an unprofessional look and feel. Hence please make the following updates:

Solution

[ ] 1. Update the Title Font Style to be H3 from our MUI style guide with a font weight of 700
[ ] 2. Update the Top Padding to be 32px instead of 16px

It should turn out to look like this.
