Fix: Displaying Invalid date for Publish Date

Reproduce:

• go to any instance in a code menu
• publish any code
• go to reports and click that item that you recently published
• it will have an invalid date Reason: The message doesn't get any date that's why when converting the extracted string its not really a valid date

On this PR, I'll check first if the publishAt is actually a date before converting to prevent this issue then if not get the happendAt property.
