fix minor revisions #2737

Pls check and merge this also https://github.com/zesty-io/material/pull/102 as is this have relation on this pr.

  1. height to 44px but set to auto if it has heading image

  2. use nav link text instead of model when creating item image

  3. Link Deleted change type from Success to Error image

  4. Remove Action Button image
