@arzlCurrently, the option to display the newsletter subscription form on individual articles within Zesty.io is controlled by the author, who can enable or disable it as per their choice. However, the newsletter subscription form being displayed should be the default on all articles.
To Reproduce
Alter the default setting for the newsletter subscription form on all articles from enabled NO to enabled YES.
Authors should still have the option to disable the form if needed, but the default state upon article creation should be enabled YES.
