Update domain setup instruction in this guide: https://zesty.org/tools/guides/how-to-launch-an-instance

To add more definition of apex, subdomains, A and CNAME records -its setup and sample usecase

Usecase: Customer added a custom domain which is not an apex domain, and is not stated in the guide how to set it up.

In addition, domain setup instructions should include adding information about SSL certificates Reference here: https://docs.fastly.com/en/guides/setting-up-tls-with-certificates-fastly-manages#using-the-acme-dns-challenge-to-verify-domain-ownership

The linked site launch PDFs on our "How to launch an instance" does not have an SSL certificate check list item. That needs to be updated as well.
