Better python library supports reconnecting to server when connection is lost
Moved color utilities into a separate file, color_utils.py
Updated everything that relies on these modules
Added raver_plaid_one_frame.py for use cases like Freespace's idle mode
raver_plaid.py now looks like plaid :)
