Updated the start_here.md docs to reflect the latest changes to the genesis process. I removed "Phase 3" because there is less coordination required. Once they have their node up and running no other action should be required.
Moved the optional and advanced documentation into docs/advanced
I was hoping to have the BTC RPC docker image up and running for this but it's not working as expected and needs more time to refine so it'll be excluded from this initial release.
