Missed observations on Bitcoin #1910

Describe the Bug Tokens sent on BTC Testnet are not send on Zetachain Testnet as tBTC

BTC Testnet transaction : https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/testnet/transaction/124d23127a54c5df8f13c2898542b567ca4c85d8370ef97d7363ce484f424b9f

I used hex:: in XDEFI in memo and I assume that it should works right now.
