Same as v1 but for v2 contracts and using ideally Foundry

Setup a way to store network info during deploy script. Can we reuse https://github.com/zeta-chain/networks as for v1?
Setup a way to store deployed contract addresses, ex: v1 are in data/addresses.json, eventually we can reuse same location
Add script to deploy all the system contracts on a specific network
