Lxx has been replaced with S5B Wxx as seen in https://github.com/Dn-Programming-Core-Management/Dn-FamiTracker/wiki/0CC-vs-FT-effects-type-order

Note: opened in Dn-FT v0.4.0.1 and previous versions, W02 is indeed saved as effect_t 0x21 (S5B Wxx)
