mostly lgtm small fixes but

  • if all the instructions have been used in someway and checked
  • should be good to roll once we address these comments and @xjcaa also takes a look

all ixs should be used in integration tests, so we'll make sure that's all green tonight. i also ran through as much as possible on devnet last week, including migrating to CMA, halt+unhalt, trading MA vs CMA, manually verifying funding, making a few bots to spam trades and make sure eventqueue+perpsyncqueue + serum burning behaves
