Missing translation entries for Indonesian and Russian #22

These four entries are missing translations:

# clearMyList: Clear MY LIST
# changeDrawSize: Change Draw Size
# allowDuplicate: Allow Duplicate
# blindfoldMode: Blindfold Mode
