If an organizer wants to give people a link to all actions, but in specific cases, give them a link to a certain type of actions, this is not currently possible. You either have to have all actions in a single campaign or you have to have them in separate campaigns.
Long term, this is better solved with a public organization page which displays public campaigns, but a quick fix is to update the URL query parameters with the currently filtered activities, and filter according to those parameters.
