Add UX designer job description #63

This PR updates the jobs page to include description of a UX position that is opening up.

I appreciate the feedback @GemCopeland! Reading your comments, I think it might not have been obvious that I intended for the same page to target both developers and designers, and only part of the page having to do with the UX design position we're looking to fill.

Maybe that's more obvious when viewing the rendered page rather than the markdown diff? I'm attaching a screenshot.

The thing about these processes is that whenever we go wide to look for staff, we also get a bunch of volunteers reaching out, so I want volunteers in other fields to feel needed too.

Ahhhhh that makes more sense! I thought it was just for designers.

I've added Gemmas description of the job now.

I couldn't quite work the questions into the text in a way that didn't feel too daunting, but I think it's a good thing to keep in our backpocket, and maybe include in the first e-mail to every new applicant that reaches out.
