Update/move projects to content #64

Solves #57. Continuation of https://github.com/zetxek/adritian-free-hugo-theme/pull/62.

Moves the content for projects/portfolio, previously in homepage.yml to the content system. This is more in line with Hugo's content management capabilities, allowing to query the content from more sources, render it in different locations, etc.
