Peer Review - case sensitive searching #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Peer Reviews in the Dashboard
2. Search for an email address to Show Reviews Received

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The email search is case-sensitive. So, if a user typed in JohnDoe@gmail.com 
when they were registering, you have to use the capital J and D in order to 
find their reviews.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.1

One other option that would be very helpful is to search not just for a 
student's assignment and their associated reviews, but to search for all 
reviews *submitted* by a student. There are students who have said they have 
problems opening the document in a submission but it's hard to figure out who 
they are reviewing without trying to dig through all the datastore information.
