Test WM gravity with new XFWM #1

It may be possible to remove the window positioning hacks from the
configure event now that XFWM has (supposedly?) fixed window manager hints.
The idea here is to set the window manager gravity hint so that when the
window resizes in the bottom half of the screen it will size upwards
instead of downwards and the user's pen position will not be disturbed.

On the other hand, the version of XFWM that has this has not been released
yet so it may not be a good idea to remove the hacks permanently.
