need a help about how to build cellwriter in Khmer #43

Hello, My name Kiemtheng, from Cambodia, I'm really interesting to join to 
build a HandWriting program- CellWriter into Khmer language, please let me know 
how to build it.

You can use CellWriter with Khmer script by selecting the Khmer language in the 
language tab, under options. You need to train each individual character 
separately, CellWriter does not support accented character combinations.
