Drop Support for PHP 7.3 #32

This PR;

drops support for PHP 7.3 since it reached its end of life and is no longer supported,
adds support for testing on PHP 8.1,
applies PSR-12 rules,
makes minor updates in README.md file.

Thank you for your PR, all changes looks great.

But personally, I don't want to import the rule of PSR-12 coding style (don't want curly brackets in the new line). so I'm sorry that I can't merge this PR at the moment.
