Main reason for this commit is to make it easier to run Mixpanel in development(without manually installing gems from gemspec).

And a bit of general cleanup here and there

OK, there is lot of things in this commit :)

the bad...

I don't think use Budler in libs is a good idea, Can you convince me to merge it?
Gemspec was updated yesterday in master, not sure this changes are needed.
