STARTTLS is required #110

I am using zevenet community edition to load balance between 2 exchange 2013 server hybrid with office 365, every thing was working good until 2week ago.

emails sent to exchange stopped and when I try to validate the connector on office 365 get the error

450 4.4.317 Cannot connect to remote server [Message=451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail] [LastAttemptedServerName=servername.com] [LastAttemptedIP=ipaddess:25] [BN869M11FT055.eop-nam11.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I tried every thing until get the error from zevenet, when I get it out and use only one server directly.. it works fin but when use zevenet it get this error

I tried the last released ... Zevenet CE v5.11.1 .. but it is farms the same

Good day, check persistence session, at least use IP persistence with a minimum of 1800 seconds.

Additionally, verify that you are running with the latest ZEVENET CE version.

thanks for your comment. yes it was the persistence and works for me. at least in the internal network .. I verify that through telnet I am facing now the same issue on my FortiGate firewall and I am working on it. I need to mention here that Microsoft recommendation for persistence is to be on exchange (30 min) --> on load balancer (35 min) --> on firewall (45 min)
