Emoji icons in Emacs-26 are too big #263

Telega Setup

OS: ALT Linux, P9 repository. Emacs: GNU Emacs 26.1.92 (build 1, x86_64-alt-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.5). Telega: telega v0.7.016 (TDLib v1.7.0) (telega-server v0.7.5) from melpa-stable. librsvg: librsvg-2.46.4.

Current Behavior

Emoji icons are too big in Emacs-26.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Emacs from rpm package;
  2. Install Telega from melpa-stable;
  3. Install Noto Color Emoji font;
  4. Go to Telegram chat with emoji icons. telega-big-emojis-in-emacs26
