Export all channels user is subscribed to -> OPML

Tested with rssbridge.

Possible improvements:

This is nice contrib package, however , some stylish things need to be fixed before merging in, I'll provide review comments in few hours

I've pushed few changes to contrib/telega-channels-export.el, please check they don't break things for you
