Modified functionality so that only the chosen folder is installed and packaged.

Hmm - I just realized this is a bit limited to osx and linux. Will have to see about windows...

@zewa666 Ok I've added commands for Windows as well, although I do not have a place to test them yet. Also made the logs a little bit nicer.
