Not really possible, as for example when using headphones alarms playing at
full volume would destroy your ear...

Well, then what about an option for the max volume of critical alarms?
Each alarm can be either "regular" or "critical". Regular alarms have the
volume that is just set at the moment, while critical alarms override that
setting and always have the volume which is definded in the "critical alarm
volume setting".

Ok, which are critical alarms ?
System alarms al all critical depending on circumstances...
Here is the list of system sounds:
transmitter battery low
inactivity alarm
throttle warning
switch warning
bad eeprom
Welcome to open tea ex!
A1,low
A1,critical
A2,low
A2,critical
RF signal, low
RF signal, critical
radio antenna defective
telemetry lost
telemetry recovered
Apart "welcome to opentx" I will say they are all critical.
So, which is the sense to assign different volume to some of them ?

I agree, everything the radio says I want to hear. If I don't want to, it means
it's not needed but uselessly distracting and gets deactivated.

The system alarms are all important, correct.
Vario sounds, readings of current, voltages, altitudes, timers, temperatures,
flight modes, sounds issued to the position of specific switches, stuff like
this which does not warn me about a critical condition, but informs me when I
choose it, should have the option to be played at a lower volume.
When I activate these options once in a while at full volume in order to know
tmy altitude eor battery voltage, it looks like I want to show off with my
Taranis' abilities, so I generally have my volume low and barely audible to
bystanders.
But this, as explained above, has the risk of missing critical alarms.
Right now, I can only choose between annoying the hell out of my fellow
clubmates and be sure to be aware of critical alarms, or to be moderate with my
noise, but miss alarms.
It would be nice not to be in this dilemma.
