Sorry but Cell actually is the lowest cell and has the logic of showing the
more critical one...
Cells instead reports the sum of the cells in case you have no other voltmeter..
In my opinion should stay as it is...

Wrong. The prior version of FrSky worked as I described (DFT/hub/lipo sensor/FSH-01)
Proof is that there are MULTIPLE spaces in the "Cells" location. If you have 2 cells there will be space for 2 values. 4 spaces for 3 or 4 cells. 6 spaces for 5 - 6 cells, etc. Thus "CELLS".
Only one space for "Cell".
Ask FrSky and/or check with FrSky and their documentation/implementation.
"Cell" is the total voltage of the pack.
"Cells" shows each and every single value in the pack.
Would you like me to make a video showing it on the FSH-01?

Opentx has worked this way since ever, as OpenTX runs in radios before than
Taranis come out, and indeed works as intended in in manual.
http://code.google.com/p/opentx/wiki/OpenTx_FrSky_EN#Telemetry
FrSky implementation on DHT-U and FLD display had no way to set alarms on lower
cell,
So sorry, but this is a wont fix.

There is nothing to fix.
- Cell is the lowest cell.
- Cels is the sum of all cells
- All cells are individually displayed on the first telemtry screen.
