Confederacy fighters not fired on by Alien fighters on planets #10

When manually flying a Confederacy fighter on a planet (i.e. Naquarian), Alien fighters do not shoot. This may be due to timed block only firing if player is not in shade.

Fixed by adding new timed block specifically for flying Confed fighter creature. See commit: https://github.com/zexlr8er/Wazzal_II/commit/57605a43318f260bff51eea29fc4c14dd41add11
