Change Alien ship lasers to new design #11

Copy effect from alien weapon? May cause issues due to multiple bullets, with shields down scripts unable to differentiate between Confed/Neutral and Alien shots.

Updated Alien ship lasers to design influenced by terrestrial Alien weapons; see commit: https://github.com/zexlr8er/Wazzal_II/commit/41560bf64871bd3b43814d71af95e1de05b5ef01

Some issues may exist with shields down damage to Wolf IV, as multiple bullet alien weapons conflict in severity with single shot Allied or Neutral weapons. Will only affect pirate Wolf IV; see issue #14.
