Player's stock counter bars do not reflect stock received as Captain #17

Currently, stock counter bars are only updated when purchasing stock, or by scripts which transfer stock picked up by Wolf IV to Captain. Any stock awarded to or picked up as Captain does not appear on stock counter.

Fixed by updating counter bars for Captain when receiving stock via plot objects or scripts (missions). See commit: https://github.com/zexlr8er/Wazzal_II/commit/f30c63ff82c6a9dd60e47b4066babc15d6199f95
