Shotgun too powerful #83

It can destroy space ships in 2 hits and tanks in 4. I haven't tested other guns, but it kinda makes rockets and anti air guns useless.

Duplicate of #53, but I will leave this open because I apparently haven't re-balanced this weapon well enough!
