It it only says targeting with a max of 98%... Btw i cant use CUDA because I have an AMD

First of all, you need a Cuda GPU (Nvidia) There is no support for AMD and your screen resolution needs to be at 1920X1080. I also had the problem that it was zooming away as I played on 2K, but with Full-HD it was fixed.
