The Cursur moves to the Right when i aim at Someone on Fortnite. Please Help. #250

I have seen other people with Similar Problems to this but i havent found a Working Solution for me. I Have a NVIDIA card and NVIDIA Cuda installed and I Changed the resolution to 1920 x 1080 and still no Luck. Any Solutions?

FWI i Figured it out had to change Res on Windows and Fortnite not just fortnite.
